To visualise is to see with the eyes of the mind.

Visualisation (also called mental imagery) is without doubt one of the most commonly used methods of creators, artists, inventors, scientists, as well as by sportsmen, millionaires, in other words, by champions of all categories.

Also, the famous physicist Albert Einstein said :"Imagination is more important than knowledge ".

Creative visualisation requires imagination, fantasy, creativity and inventiveness. Used well, it really can accomplish miracles. It is a technique that will increase your intuitive acuteness by establishing between you and your subconscious a clear and distinct mode of communication, in a universal language: that of images. It is limitless. You can write the scenario the way you want, set the scene, modify it as you go, and add the backdrop. In short, you can create in your mind whatever masterpiece you want and, thanks to repetition, make your imagined scene a reality.

If it helps, you might think of creative visualisation as the happy association of auto-suggestion and imagery. This is what you should do.

Just as for your meditation sessions, when you visualise you should find somewhere that is calm and silent. Relax, unwind, while emptying your mind: let the thoughts that come to you run through, slip by, without according them any importance whatsoever, paying them no attention. Ignore their appeals for your attention.

Important note: the aim of visualisation is to imprint images on your subconscious until, as a result of its infinite power, it makes them a reality.
