September 1st

On the 1st, the Moon in Pisces will leave you with no desire to start anything new. This is a good time for purification rituals for yourself and your home. You’ll find that organising, categorising and cleaning your office or home will get rid of any negative vibrations.

• SATURDAY, lesson for the weekend: « I seek out the company of people who make me feel happy. » Write these words in red ink on a sheet of white paper and keep it on you all through the weekend. Whenever you get a chance, read them and take a few moments to imagine yourself in a life situation to which these words might apply. On Sunday evening, burn the paper, after rereading it one last time.

• September’s Pentacle:

with this pentacle you will be able to make faster progress towards the goals you’ve set yourself. An object of great power, it will serve as a link between you and the higher divine forces. It is made for you and you alone, nobody else should use it.

To make your pentacle you’ll need: a piece of white card measuring 10 x 10 cm, an ink pen and red ink and a red candle. Light the candle and say:

« With this flame I light up my soul in the light of the Sun; Ray of truth, ray of knowledge, ray of nature, be with me in my endeavours, in my mind and my being. May the triple candle of grace light up my soul and protect me from problems and jealousies. May the strength of the light drive my work and charge my pentacle, so it may have the power to make my dreams come true. This is my will! »

Draw the pentacle in one line without stopping: draw the first circle then the second. Draw the central cross and continue with the five-point stars. Finish by writing in the magical names and signs.

Press your hands on it and say the following blessing:

« O all-powerful Adonaï, He is very powerful, Agia very holy, Aleph and the Tau, the beginning and the end; with great humility I beg and entreat you, Holy Majesty, that this September Pentacle may be blessed by Your Power and prepared to receive virtue and the strength to bring renewed justice. In Your Name, O most saintly Adonaï, whose kingdom, empire and authority will survive all tests of time and last into infinity. »

To finish, sign it on the back and then write below « help me ».

Keep it on you throughout the month. At the end of the month, burn it in the flame of a red candle.

THE SECOND CHAKRA

This is called the Svadhisthana or Sacral Chakra. It is situated in the abdomen, just under the navel, between the fifth lumbar vertebra and the first sacral vertebra. It is linked to the reproductive organs: the ovaries or testicles.

It is associated with the element "Water", the source of all biological life, and with the sense of taste. Water fertilises and, in Creation, brings forth new life. Thanks to the Sacral Chakra, the individual is connected with the fertilising and receptive energies of Nature.

Water is also a purifying element. It dissolves and carries away everything which is "solidified". On a physical level, this means detoxification and elimination via the kidneys and the bladder. On a psychic level, you feel this chakra by "loosening your grip" and "letting go" of your feelings, in order to be prepared to renew your life, so that it is constantly being started afresh in a spontaneous way.

This is the chakra of the past, the family, procreation, sensuality, the pleasures of life (eating, etc.). It's through this chakra that you can "feel" the sacred aspect of existence. Our dealings with others, and especially the opposite sex, are profoundly affected by this Sacral Chakra. It is responsible for constantly creating contact with others, and it influences relationships and the emotional side of life.

Or if it's functioning inharmoniously?

If your Root Chakra is insufficiently developed or not functioning properly, all your thoughts and actions will be focused on material security and possession, or on sensual pleasure and stimulation, for example: good food, alcoholic drinks, sex, etc.

Whatever you desire, you want to get hold of it and take pleasure in it immediately, with no thought for the consequences that might ensue. At the same time, you probably find it hard to give and receive freely. You tend to take every possible measure to maintain your security and protect yourself. On a physical level, a lack of confidence and an unwillingness to "let go of things" often manifests itself in the form of constipation and of excess weight which may eventually develop into obesity. You are afraid of life, you feel you are in danger. This impression may well be a bit vague, but you can tell if it's lurking deep inside you, or not.

Your behaviour is focused mainly on satisfying your own needs. Unconsciously, you are blind to the needs of others, and even those of your own body, in particular its demand for a sensible and healthy diet, sufficient rest and a balanced and harmonious life-style.

In extreme cases, people whose Root Chakra is malfunctioning, become obsessed with certain ideas and certain desires that they can't drop. And whenever this fixation is challenged by circumstances or other people, they react with mild tension or annoyance, or even aggression and anger. A wish to impose personal ideas and desires at all costs is a clear sign that the Root Chakra is "out of balance".

Basically, anger, annoyance and violence are defence mechanisms linked to a deficit in fundamental confidence. And this deficit always hides a fear of losing something or being unable to obtain the elements of security and well-being.

The earth is a place which needs to be managed and used in a fair and appropriate way to guarantee the survival of humanity. So the excessive exploitation that is now threatening the earth's vital resources (soil impoverishment, industrial pollution, oil slicks, massive deforestation, etc.), and the destruction of its natural balance, are a sign that most people today have an unbalanced Root Chakra.

People whose Root Chakra is "blocked" or "closed" have a relatively feeble constitution; they have little physical or mental strength. A multitude of things make them feel anxious and vaguely insecure, and they sometimes have the impression that they are "losing their footing" or "not quite there". They find it rather hard to cope with the demands of life, and often lack the stability or courage needed to assert themselves. To them, life on earth seems to be more of a burden than a joy, and they are nearly always hankering for a life that is easier, pleasanter and less demanding.

The first chakra relates to the ability to master the purely material aspects of day-to-day existence. It therefore provides the energy we need to get up every morning and go out to work. It roots us in daily life. When it is "blocked", we can only focus on lowly mundane tasks, because we become incapable of opening ourselves to everyday pleasures and desires. This leads us to work relentlessly, and sometimes even fanatically. Personal creative energy is blocked, and typical anxieties can be seen, like the fear of becoming poor.

As soon as this chakra has been cleared, you will start to feel much better in your working life; to happily regard your work as a "challenge" and to attract material success. You'll be able to capture the divine forces that form a barrier to all kinds of negative waves and malign influences.

To be continued...

How can you tell if your Root Chakra is "functioning well"?

Everything to do with survival is linked to the first chakra, which governs our materiality, our physical relationship with our terrestrial environment. If your Root Chakra is open and functioning harmoniously:

-          you feel a deep personal bond with the earth and its creatures, boundless vitality, stability in yourself and your life, inner strength and satisfaction.

-          you feel part of the natural cycle of life, of the alternation between rest and activity, death and re-birth. Everything you do is motivated by a desire to participate in the creation of life on our Mother planet, while harmonising with the creative forces of the earth and respecting life in Nature.

-          you have no problem in achieving the aims you have set yourself on earth. Your life is marked by an unfailing fundamental confidence. You regard the earth as the place from which you can obtain everything you need: material possessions, food, protection and security. So, brimming with confidence, you embrace terrestrial life and accept everything it brings you with pleasure and gratitude.

THE FIRST CHAKRA

Hindu Tradition calls this the Muladhara, or Root Chakra. It is situated between the coccyx and the sacrum, at perineum level in a man, or the neck of the uterus in a woman.
This chakra is linked to the adrenal glands. It is associated with the element "Earth" and the sense of touch.

We are connected to the material world by the Root Chakra: this chakra channels universal cosmic energy towards the physical plane, and at the same time, it captures earth energy with the help of minor chakras situated under the soles of the feet.

It's through this centre that we make contact with "the spirit of our Mother Earth", it's here that we know her elementary force. Basic individual needs to do with life and survival on our planet, are the province of the first chakra.

The acceptance of life "on earth", of physical existence, plus an inclination to act in harmony with terrestrial forces and a willingness to learn terrestrial laws, are all gifts which come from an "open" first chakra. This chakra gives you the stability of the earth so that you can base your existence there, and prevents you from "losing your footing" in material life. When this chakra is "vibrating" in a harmonious way, it also procures the energy you need to help you to adapt to the world. It imparts creativity, perseverance and the power to assert yourself.

"Making a living", achieving satisfactory financial and material security, ensuring the "survival of the species" by having a family, are also part of the activity of the Root Chakra, along with sexuality as a bodily function and means of procreation.

It's important to understand that this first chakra forms the vital base and the essential source of power for the higher chakras. It enable us to "tap into" the inexhaustible reservoir of cosmic energy. Comparable to the heart in the physical body, the Root Chakra is central to the circulation of subtle energy in the etheric aura (or etheric body).
It is also the seat of our "collective unconscious", whose knowledge (secretly stored inside us) becomes accessible when it is "spinning" properly. For the individual to achieve inner balance, this first chakra must be counterbalanced by the seventh chakra (we'll see this later on…).

Fortunately, this chakra-blocking process which causes various problems in life is not irreversible...

... you simply need to re-balance and re-open the chakras to that life-energy, so that they are perfectly able once more to capture the cosmic forces emanating from the current of energy which flows through the Universe… and surrounds every living organism.

Then you can re-create what I call your own "cosmic circuits of personal luck", seize lucky opportunities once more, and become the creator of a full and happy life. These circuits of luck are linked to the higher chakras, which give us talents such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, intuition and creative inspiration. They can help your life to blossom, but they have to be able to be supplied with cosmic energy and therefore be linked to the first chakras, which are often out of balance, as I've just explained.

Fortunately, this radical change is something you can achieve. All you need to do is to carefully follow the instructions written down in your Diamond Guide, whose secret techniques and exercises will help you to clearly feel the energy centres in your body and enable you to get these energies circulating freely and fluidly inside you.

For my part, I am going to place my powers as an experienced psychic at your service, so that you are able to receive the "Miracle of the Sacred Fire", which will have the effect of consolidating the personal "work" you will have already done on your chakras.

So now I'm going to tell you how to proceed, so that our joint efforts bring excellent results.

The emotional wounds suffered during childhood...

...subsequently engender a variety of problems such as: abandonism (subconscious fear of being abandoned…), emotional dependence, attention-seeking, various addictions (nicotine, alcohol, drugs, etc.), jealousy and possessiveness, a desire to please at all costs, fear of solitude, suppression of emotions, sexual problems, dietary problems (gaining satisfaction from eating to substitute for emotional satisfaction), neuroses, unbalanced attitude to giving/receiving, etc.

Those in whom this kind of negative belief predominates erect an internal barrier which separates them from their emotional wound which is too painful to bear consciously. For example, they only live "in their head", cutting themselves off from their feelings and emotions, because they know that deep down there is great distress.

Others deliberately create antipathies with other people. They behave in this way in order to actually provoke rejection, which allows them to throw the responsibility onto others ("nobody loves me - it's their fault"). Deep down, the real belief is "nobody loves me because I'm not worthy of love", and this subconscious belief is countered by transferring the blame onto others. To effect this transferral, the individual does everything possible to make sure that others reject him and lose interest in him.

·         The third negative believe may be expressed as follows: "I'm incompetent", with variations like: "I'm useless", "I'm worthless".

This kind of belief stems from the child's relationship with his father, and especially the interest the father has/hasn't shown in the child, by spending time with him and nurturing his abilities and talents in particular. The child who hasn't received enough paternal support regarding his value and competence develops the belief that he's not really a valuable or capable person. An element of doubt about his own worth is planted in his mind.

The "feedback" that the father gives him, through his presence and contact (or lack of it), will have a direct influence on the future social identity of the child. When he finds no mirror or example represented in his father, he cannot find the self-confidence he needs to develop. This results in a complex about his identity and value which will then be expressed in various ways, all relating to self-assertion: submission or domination (in inter-personal relations), desperate search for recognition, poor self-image, inability to be assertive or realise potential, suppressed anger and aggression, social effacement or conversely a great thirst for power, career problems, demanding or aggressive tone of voice, rejection or fear of authority, feeling of superiority or inferiority, neuroses, perfectionism, activism, etc.

You can therefore see that when these negative conditioning "filters" are hindering the proper functioning of the lower chakras (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus), everything is thrown out of balance. Consequently, the other higher chakras can no longer capture universal cosmic energy either.

Thursday, August 23, 2012

So what are these three kinds of "negative" beliefs?

·         Here are some illustrations of how the first negative belief might be expressed: "I don't have the right to exist", or "I have no place…", "I don't deserve to live…".

If, during his first year, a baby has had problems in terms of security (due to his relationship with his mother for example), this will have important repercussions on his adult life. To some degree, he will develop the idea that he does not deserve to exist, that he has no place on earth, etc.

This tends to cause various difficulties in life, such as: problems of a material nature, poor asset management, erratic and turbulent relationship with money (for example: inability to manage a bank account, perpetual money problems, spending more than you earn, etc.), problems managing time (often being late, forgetting appointments, etc.), professional instability (frequent job changes, etc.), physical instability (often moving home), not knowing how to dress, dietary problems (neglecting bodily needs, etc.), excretion problems (constipation), anxieties about death, phobias, disturbed sleep, dislike of being touched or touching others, etc.

·         The second negative belief may be expressed as follows: "I don't deserve to be loved…"

When a young child often finds that he can't satisfy his need for love, affection, tenderness, he forms this kind of negative belief. Deep inside himself, he becomes convinced that he cannot be loved because he isn't "worth" it. This will have a huge impact on his existence. He will choose between several types of strategy. Either he will cut himself off emotionally, or adopt the kind of behaviour that will provoke rejection from the people around him, or assume a false character which is more pleasing to his parents and milieu, by stifling his own identity.

Blocked chakras...

As the years go by, we become identified with this mask, with this "double" who is not our real self. So we pass our true life by, unless we make an effort to recognise and accept what we are, deep down.

We lay down the essentials of our map of the world during the first three years of life. Even if the general "lie of the land" is hard or almost impossible to cope with, it's still not easy to escape from it when the opportunity presents itself, because this means stepping out of the known and abandoning our familiar viewpoints to venture into new and uncharted territory.

So during our childhood, from the moment we are born, we tend to create a very limited set of rules for the functioning of the world because we don't feel the need to explore beyond our basic need for financial, physical, emotional and mental security.

As a result of negative conditioning suffered during the first three years of life, individuals form their map of the world based on three types of negative beliefs the strength of which will vary. These will have the effect of hindering the flow of life-energy through the first three chakras, thus preventing the person from finding inner peace and love, from being in contact with the Soul (which happens through the Heart Chakra).

In energy terms, this manifests itself through kinds of "filters" operating within the first chakras, which trap the energy in the first levels of consciousness, preventing an opening of the heart which is the gateway to the Soul.

As long as these energy "filters" are present, the human being remains more or less exclusively focused on the first levels of consciousness: he neurotically repeats the same type of experience over and over again, as he unconsciously tries to sort out the complexes that lie at the root of his negative conditioning.

How do the chakras get "blocked"?

Our behaviour becomes ingrained in us, forming patterns that we repeat over and over. From our earliest childhood we start to build a "map of the world". It's as though we see the world through a filter, like tinted glasses putting things into perspective.

This personal map of the world incorporates a set of rules, according to which we believe the world functions. These are learned from a very young age, depending on the experiences we each undergo and the perceptions delivered by our senses.

But here is the most important point: our "map of the world" is built on three key elements: our need for security, our image of ourselves and the power we exert over our environment.

In fact, from the day we are born, we try to develop these three elements, or we are obliged to develop them in order to survive. The three are of course interlinked because it is often the case, for example, that we build our image in such a way as to establish our security, because it's through our image, i.e. how we present ourselves to others, that we will be able to influence the love and attention we receive from them.

It's in a baby's interest to know how to behave if he wants to obtain affection, tenderness or food from his parents. From his experiences, and his various attempts to adapt to his environment, the tiny child soon starts to gradually piece together his map of the world i.e. the rules he must obey to establish his security and his influence over his environment.

For example, the child will become convinced that it's by being very obedient and complying with his parents' wishes that he will gain their love. This kind of belief, which is very common, leads us to build a "false identity", which is not based on our true personality but on our impressions of other people's expectations.

What the notion of "CHAKRA" means...

To truly understand what you are about to read, you will need to be familiar with a few esoteric concepts.

I therefore propose to give you some basic information about how chakras operate. It's important for you to understand the general theory, because the practical knowledge of the different chakras I'm going to pass on to you later, is based on these principles.

This knowledge dates back many thousands of years, however approaches can vary from country to country. My own personal approach to the Chakras results from many years of experience and is based on the esoteric knowledge of the sages of Ancient India. These great Masters were well aware of the presence of seven vital energy centres (chakras) in every human being.

The word "chakra" means "wheel" (or "spinning disk") in Sanskrit. The seven major chakras are found along a vertical axis corresponding to the spinal column. To help you to picture the positions of the chakras in the body, look at the diagram of the 7 Major Chakras on the last page of this document.

A chakra is an energy centre situated in the "etheric aura" of the individual (i.e. in the electro-magnetic field which naturally surrounds the physical body). It is invisible to the naked eye (except for people who have the gift of clairvoyance), because it's not really of a physical nature.

In fact, the chakra is etheric; this means that it is made of an ethereal substance, which is more subtle than the physical body, because its atomic vibration is more rapid. This is why it remains invisible.

You could say that chakras are centres which transform and distribute the energies originating from the sky and the ground, i.e. cosmic and earth forces. To understand their fundamental role, you need to know that if a human being had no chakras and received cosmic energy directly, without it being transformed, then that person would instantly be "struck down" by the various natural energies that would be coursing straight through them.

The chakras are responsible for only letting in the energy you are capable of absorbing. The amount of energy corresponds to your level of consciousness (or evolution). And the more your chakras open and allow cosmic energy to penetrate inside you, the more you evolve, the more your consciousness expands.

The chakras actually transform the various energies that enter a person, and then redistribute them throughout the physical body through the endocrine glands, which release their secretions into the blood.

You can imagine the chakras as coloured wheels of light, as funnel-shaped energy vortexes, spinning round in a clock-wise direction. They have "blades" like a fan, or "petals" like a flower, which create the funnel shape as they turn. As these wheels rotate, universal cosmic energy is drawn into the chakras, and then distributed round the body.

Chakras therefore pick up the vibrations existing in the environment. Through their various functions, these energy centres link the individual to everything that is occurring around him, in nature and in the Universe, acting rather like an "antenna".

You can regard your own chakras as organs of the subtle senses. Our physical body with its five senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch) is a vehicle adapted to the vital laws of our planet, which enables us to find our way in everyday life. The chakras act as receptors for all the energy vibrations and all the information hovering "above" the physical plane: they are like gateways into the magical and boundless world of more subtle energies.

There is one important thing you should know. To live in harmony with yourself, others and the environment, combining both strength and creativity, knowledge and love, all your chakras must be "open" and working in harmony with each other (I'll come back to this point later…). Because the more your chakras "open up", the more you evolve, and the more energy you have to achieve what you want to in life.

Conversely, if someone's chakras are "blocked" and not functioning harmoniously, not only do they capture very little universal cosmic energy, but they also accumulate negative waves. This accumulation of "bad" energies makes them prone to difficulties and gradually brings all kinds of problems into their lives.

Then they easily fall victim to secret manipulations, malign influences, emotional and professional disasters. They just don't have the strength to deal with it all. And in most cases, the energy centres are thrown out of harmony leading to pain and various disorders.

This creates a vicious circle that it's very difficult to get out of. Especially as the person in question is generally ignorant of the cause of this persistent "adversity".

Questions to ask yourself before visualising your objective:

-       Why do I want to obtain this or that particular thing?
-       Does what I want really correspond to my needs?
-       Am I entitled to want to achieve this objective?

There is good reason, before you change your life, to carry out a rapid analysis to assess the repercussions of any potential changes on those around you. Ask yourself if what you want to obtain is purely for your own benefit and satisfaction, or is it also for the benefit of other people? Experience has proved that a visualisation is more effective when the underlying motive is based on a desire to contribute to the well-being of others.

For example, wanting to increase your salary or win at games of chance is not necessarily prompted by a desire to satisfy your own personal ends. It is quite likely that an improvement in you personal situation will have positive repercussions for the members of your family and your friends…

It would also be unacceptable to want to obtain something knowing that the satisfaction of your own desire would be prejudicial to someone else. Never behave like a capricious and spoiled child who is determined to get another child’s toy at any price. There is no need to take anything from anyone to achieve your objectives. All you have to do is create the right conditions.

Here is a specific example, to give you a better idea of how to use creative visualisation to improve your quality of life. Let’s consider visualisation applied to looking for a job, according to the following exercise.

Begin by relaxing. When you feel sufficiently relaxed, move on to the next stage. Choose the exact theme of your visualisation (in this case, looking for a job). Since your objective is to find a job, ask yourself the following questions:

-       What activity sector do you want to work in?
-       Define the annual salary you would like to earn.
-       Do you want the job you envisage to offer other advantages, other forms of stimulation? If so, what form do these take: job satisfaction, prospects for career development, cultural development, human relations?
-       Which area do you want to work in? Identify the job that most closely corresponds to your ideal of life.

PREPARING TO VISUALISE

-       Analyse the strength of your desire.
-       Be absolutely convinced of the infallibility of the method you are using. If necessary, strengthen your conviction with the help of positive affirmations. Using the present tense, repeat such phrases as:

"I am using an infallible method"

or

"I am bringing what I am visualising into my life"

Repeat each affirmation at least three times. Never use negative forms like: "I haven’t any work at the moment, but I’m going to find a job". Use such positive phrases as:

Friday, August 17, 2012

"Visualisation helps me to achieve my aspirations"

-       Close your eyes. A black or opaque surface appears. Project your mental image onto this screen. See yourself performing the activities related to the job you want to do. Also see the pleasant surroundings in which you are developing your full potential. Look at the people around you. Your colleagues are friendly towards you, they have accepted you unreservedly. You have been readily accepted into the workplace, everyone holds you in high regard. You have real professional skills which make everyone like you and wins you the respect of your superiors. You are in line for a rapid promotion since you are ideally suited to the job.

-       Envisage ever greater satisfaction. Give free rein to your imagination and imagine as many pleasant situations as you like. To increase the power of your visualisations, you can bathe each sequence in a beautiful golden light. Also use all the positive affirmations likely to strengthen your mental images.

-       Repeat this visualisation once or several times a day. There is no reason why you shouldn’t embellish your sequences from one session to the next, adding details that you consider useful.

This example illustrates the visualisation process, which remains valid for whatever you want to achieve, obviously adapting the details of your visualisation to suit the particular desire or aspiration.

IMPORTANT: when you decide to end your visualisation, go about your business without giving it further thought. If the session is in the evening before you go to bed, let yourself drift peacefully into sleep. Forget your problem completely; it is now in good hands. Entrust it unhesitatingly to the infinite wisdom of the Universe which will provide for your needs.

It is possible that once you are actively involved in the realisation of a project that is close to your heart (buying a new car for example), you may be confronted by a situation in which you have to make a snap decision.

Of course, you have already visualised exactly what you want, but an unforeseen event may force you to adapt to circumstances. But it’s not going to make you give up your dream! However, you may not have the time or space to relax and concentrate on another visualisation.

You must therefore be discerning enough to make the right decision at a moment’s notice. In such an event, you have to rely on your intuition.

RELEASING YOUR INTUITION

   What exactly is intuition?

Intuition is direct, spontaneous and indubitable knowledge that does not rely on reasoning and is independent of any form of proof (for example, the proof of experience). It is a perfect assessment and understanding of the situation, the “right feeling”. You know instinctively what to do and what is best for you.

We all have intuitions, vague feelings which prove to be surprisingly accurate when we allow them to develop within us. There are intuitions which are immediately verifiable: the certainty that you are going to receive a ‘phone call or a letter, the powerful and sometimes irresistible feeling of having to contact someone, do something in particular, implement a particular idea, the certainty that there is something to be pursued, even though you are not quite sure what or how!

Most people don’t know how to release their intuition; they remain imprisoned by a logical and calculating mind and almost never take advantage of their magical and intuitive mind.

And yet, if human beings knew how to make use of their intuitive faculties, they would resolve almost all their problems as well as infinitely extending the boundaries of their limitations!

Did you know, for example, that when training for the moon mission, the astronauts spent most of their time developing their intuitive faculties?
Yes! 10% of their time was spent studying the technical aspects of the mission, while 90% was spent learning how to respond intuitively to the problems that were likely to arise. Relying on their intuitive reactions constituted the most important part of the astronauts’ training!

I am now going to reveal some secret instructions which complement those given above and which will enable you to develop a strong sense of intuition and reach the second stage of the Initiation.

You will then be able to maintain and even increase your Superior Consciousness, transform your life in a positive manner, and control your destiny!

Before continuing, you need to know that intuition observes as strict set of rules. Here are the four stages that constitute the key to the process of intuition.

The Keys to...final part

Verification

The best way to verify that intuition exists is to accept that you were wrong when you didn’t follow it. On the other hand, it is easy to verify that you were right to trust your intuition via facts which are objective and concrete.

With practice, you will notice that you use the process increasingly naturally, without effort and with complete confidence.

The Key to...3

 3.-Illumination

You wake up in the middle of the night with the magical feeling of having "found the solution" or you suddenly jump up from your chair and run to tell someone the good news. Illumination can also occur in the form of a sudden revelation, a sort of vision (if you are particularly good at visualisation), or in the form of words that come spontaneously to your lips.
Illumination can occur anywhere, in the bath, while you are doing the shopping, taking the children to school, or in any other everyday situation.
The subconscious mind considers it is the right moment and, believe me, it is rarely wrong!

The Key to the process of Intuition 2

   2.-Incubation

Now it is the turn of the subconscious! which I like to call the “wise old man”. Your conscious mind has done all it can. It is now time to put yourself in the hands of your subconscious, which knows everything about the Universe and life, and for which past, present and future are indistinguishable. Ask it in all sincerity and confidence to help you find the solution and allow it to act without giving further thought to your problem.

Close all your books, stop consulting your files, friends and associates, stop thinking and reflecting and do something completely different: do some gardening, go swimming, see a film or a show, take a walk in the countryside, go jogging, shopping or take a weekend break!

THE KEY TO THE PROCESS OF INTUITION

  1.-Information

To be able to take advantage of the intuitive faculties that lie dormant within you (and then develop them), you must first gather as much information as possible on the matter that concerns you: read, ask questions, talk to your associates, colleagues, friends and family.

Creativity smiles on the well-prepared mind.
In short, think about the matter in depth, in a completely logical and rational manner; use your "ordinary" mind, the one with which you are most familiar, while remaining focused on the problem to the exclusion of everything else. Remember that the important thing is to focus all your concentration on the matter in hand.

INTUITION: A SIXTH SENSE

The five senses – hearing, sight, smell, taste and touch – are the doors to deeper, more subtle perceptions of existence. Life takes on a new dimension and flows through you via your senses.

Do you need your five senses to develop the sixth sense, i.e. intuition? The answer is most definitely YES.
Your five senses are like information antennae. Sharpening your senses is an excellent way of developing the quality of your perception and getting the intuitive process underway, since using your intuition means not relying solely on your "external" senses.
You may say to me: « I only believe what I see! ». Are you sure you are seeing everything that is there? Do you think everyone else sees the same thing as you?

Intuition is like paying a great deal of attention to yourself. Turning your gaze outwards is necessary and an intrinsic part of life since you can’t live without others or without contacts. But looking inwards, getting to know and listening to yourself, is also indispensable to the development of your sixth sense: intuition.

Taste

Taste covers an area of experience that goes far beyond the ingestion of food and drink. It is not by chance that meeting certain people leaves us with a bitter taste, or that certain attitudes make us feel sick.

Exercises linked to the sense of taste:

-       Move your tongue, unclench your teeth and swallow your saliva as if you were tasting a sophisticated dish. What do you feel?
-       Learn to chew food slowly and impregnate it with saliva rather than swallowing it quickly. Taste can only develop if you search for the flavour, the subtlety, the tonality of what you are tasting.
-       Prioritise quality rather than quantity. Eat a fresh, varied and balanced diet. Eat less, but well. Don’t eat until you have satisfied your hunger and are completely full; it’s far better to still feel slightly hungry. You will not only prevent your organism becoming unnecessarily tired, but you will save valuable energy.

Hearing

Hearing is the first sense to develop; the fœtus can hear, the new-born baby can hear and soon recognises its mother’s voice. Hearing is also the last sense to disappear; remember that a person in a coma can hear what is being said around them. The hearing is closely connected to intuition.

Exercises linked to the sense of hearing

-       Sit down in the countryside, on a bench or, better still, on the grass, close your eyes and listen. Try to identify the sounds, noises, birdsong, running water, the wind, the buzzing of insects, etc. Has not seeing them enabled you to hear them better? Were you aware of having called upon and given precedence to your sense of hearing?
-       Listen to the internal sounds of your body: the sound of your breathing, the beating of your heart, your pulse, the creaking of your joints…
-       Experience silence with confidence and savour the sense of peace that it brings. There is nothing to be afraid of, there is only you with yourself.

Touch

Touch is expressed over the entire surface of the body by the skin and the hands. From a quick handshake to an erotic sexual encounter. The present age has forgotten the strength and beneficial effects of contact, touch, the “laying on of hands”.

Your magnetic energy is transmitted to the other person through your hands. Think of the beneficial effect of a caress on the head, the hair, a hand placed on your shoulder, a kiss on the cheek, a friendly tap on the knee! Make a point of hugging those close to you  to show your support, solidarity and friendship.

Exercises linked to the sense of touch

-   Take a round object in your hands, what do you feel?  Allow yourself to associate ideas, words, while continuing to caress the curves.
-   Now choose a square or rectangular object. What do you feel? Is the contact the same? What ideas come spontaneously to mind?
-   Massage your body with oil or cream, re-establish contact with your skin. Massage your hands, the backs and the palms; massage your feet, the soles, heels and toes.
-   When you wash your hair, take time to massage your scalp. Get someone to massage your body and massage someone else’s body.

You touch material objects with your fingers and hands; learn to “put your finger” on a  problem or a situation, in other to words be intuitive about an event.
