* Turn back and face the coloured candle. Sit down and read the request to God:
"O God, almighty and merciful Father, who hast created all things, who know and understand universally, to whom nothing is hidden, nothing is impossible, I prey Your Majesty for me and for Thy servants because you see and you know that even if we do not execute this work to test the strength of your power, as if we had doubts; but for us to know and understand the truth of what is hidden. I implore Thee to have the goodness of being favourable to me, by Thy splendour, Thy magnificence and Thy holiness, and by the Holy, Terrible and Ineffable Name of Iah, in front of whom the whole world tremble, and whom all creatures obey out of fear. Amen. "
