• THURSDAY, favour a journey by the seaside:

perform this little ritual to be sure you will have the wind in your sails when you take to the seas. It’s also a good idea to repeat it before sailing. Find a nice picture of the sea, without any people in it. It should be fairly big. Fill a salad bowl with water, add a handful of sea salt and stand it next to the photo. Light a blue candle and burn some cedar incense. Pick up three coins and raise your hands to the sky and speak the following incantation with wholehearted conviction: « God of the sea and the water on earth, grant me passage across your kingdom so that I may travel in peace. May it be so! »
