March 5-11

March 5 to 11

• MONDAY:
the influence of the Moon: on March 5th and 6th, the Moon in Leo will give you nerves of steel! You’ll be able to rise to the challenge time and time again, and get yourself into pole position ready to take on new projects. The 5th is a good day for a skin scrub and an intensive hair-conditioning treatment. On March 7th and 8th, the Moon is in Virgo, helping you to take a good look at yourself and gain a more profound understanding of certain situations. This will pave the way for you to break down obstacles that have been holding you back and stopping you from succeeding. The 8th is the Full Moon. This is an ideal time to lavish some care on your hair and nails, making them healthy and strong. On the 9th and 10th, the Moon starts to wane. Positioned in Libra, it will promote good reflection and decision-making skills. You should exercise caution in whatever you do or say. You’ll tend to analyse and dissect everything people say to you. Now is a good time to revise for exams or study. On Sunday 11th, the Moon in Scorpio will give your powers of intuition a boost. Make the most of this time by focusing on making headway in plans that need a clear and lucid mind. You may find some old papers or objects you thought you’d lost. This is a good day for starting a diet and preparing for the arrival of Spring-!

• TUESDAY,
your thought for the day: stop saying « Work takes up all my time… » and instead say « There’s time enough for everything! » So many people fail to organise their time properly and doing everything at the last minute, permanently wasting time through disorganisation. These words will help you organise your time carefully and, more importantly, stop work overwhelming you and leaving you feeling guilty you didn’t manage better.

• WEDNESDAY,
a bath of purification: this is the perfect time for freeing yourself of negative thought patterns that are stopping you from taking your plans forward. A bath with certain essential oils can have a purifying effect. In a glass, miss 4 drops of oliban 3 drops of myrrh and 1 drop of sandalwood oil. Then mix in two soupspoons of sweet almond oil and throw the lot into a hot bath. Stay in the water for at least half an hour and relax. The best time for this bath is in the evening, before you go to bed.

• THURSDAY,
the lunar fast: on this day of the Full Moon, a fast is an excellent way of revitalising yourself physically and mentally. As you know, we sometimes feel different on the day of the Full Moon, perhaps more stressed, or depressed. Fasting on this day not only mitigates these negative effects, it also purifies and detoxifies your body. It’s simple: don’t eat any solid food for 24 hours. Just drink water, thyme infusions and/or green tee (Japanese style). If possible (if you’re a smoker) abstain for cigarettes. You can do this fast on every Full Moon. And if you want to make your fast more potent, limit yourself to fruit the day before and the day after the Full Moon. The positive impact of these three days will amaze you!

• FRIDAY,
a ritual for studies and exams: you need concentration, focus, memory and luck. This ritual uses 4 plants; the number 4 symbolises solidity, personal conviction, totality and willpower. Make a little bag using purple coloured velour fabric, measuring 6cm x 6cm. In a bowl, mix a spoon of rosemary, another of horned clover, one of caraway seeds and one of peppermint. Add an ID-type photograph, a lock of your hair and a slip of paper with your handwriting on it. With your hands stretched over the bowl, repeat the following words 7 times over: « I summon thee, Holy Spirit, through the power of the All-Mighty, the wisdom and the virtue of God, through Divine Knowledge and all the Holy Names, which Adam invoked and so came to have knowledge of all things. Holy Spirit, I beseech you to help me find all the knowledge and understanding I need in my studies, and for your help in passing my exams with your support, help and benevolence. May it be so! »Put all these things into the little sachet and sew it up with purple thread. You can keep it in your pocket during the day and tuck it under your pillow at night. Then, on the day of rest, add a recitation of the oration, while at the same time placing your hands on the little pouch while and focusing all your thoughts on your future success.

• SATURDAY,
words for the weekend: « Whatever I do, I will throw myself into it, heart and soul ». Write this sentence in red ink on a piece of white paper and keep it on you throughout the weekend. Whenever you have an opportunity, read it and take a few moments to imagine yourself in a situation in your life to which it could apply. On Sunday evening, burn the paper, after reading it one last time.

• SUNDAY,
your lucky numbers: 14 - 18 - 29 - 35 -38 - 42.
