How to reinforce the memory of your dreams

You will probably need a period of adaptation to get used to this wonderful technique. If your subconscious doesn’t answer your question immediately, repeat the exercise with the same degree of confidence. You have the right to doubt yourself, but never your subconscious!

If, after several days of trying, your question still hasn’t been answered, it is quite simply because it is not of great importance to you … or you haven’t followed the stages of the intuitive process (re-read the first stage of "The Key to the Process of Intuition": Information).

It is also possible that you haven’t remembered your dreams clearly. If this is the case, this is what I suggest:

-   Place a tape recorder, note pad and pencil near your bed to record and/or note down your dreams as soon as you wake up.
-   Discuss your dreams with other people too heighten your awareness of the fact that you dream.
-   Use some kind of “trick” to help you remember your dreams more easily. For example, swallow a mouthful of water just before you go to sleep, and another when you wake up. This will help you remember your dream.
-   As you go to sleep each night, tell yourself that you will pay attention to your dreams and remember them when you wake up.
-   Wake up gently, don’t jump out of bed and don’t sit up. Try to go over your dreams in your head and then record them on the tape recorder or note them down with your paper and pencil.
