Rejuvenating Bath

Fill your bathtub with hot water and add 3 handful of Mint leaves, 2 of Wisteria leaves, 15 drops of essential oil of Rose, 1 handful of Mallow flowers and leaves.

Mix and once the water less hot, enter it, at least for half an hour, rub your body, insist with your feet.

Take this bath twice a week before going to bed at night and during a period of three months, yearly.
