• THURSDAY, solve a problem:


sleep is a good counsellor. If you have a question that you can't answer, write it in a few words on a piece of paper, read it when you are in bed and then slide the paper under your pillow, saying several times: "Spirits of the night, watch over my sleep so that my mind can do its work in the best possible conditions." Then go to sleep without thinking about the question, trusting your subconscious mind. The answer will come to you in a dream, or be in your mind when you wake up. Sometimes it takes two or three nights, if the issue is a complex one.
