Crystal Energy

The world is made up of energy. Because everything vibrates, from molecules to the planets, everything is in a constant state of movement. This is why human beings have always prayed, and why the world’s religions have always advocated “loving thy neighbour”, in order to suppress negative thoughts and attract the positive energy that helps us develop positively and lead a peaceful and harmonious existence. If you devote time and energy to spreading love, peace, joy and confidence, you will find your life is radically transformed and becomes naturally harmonious. All your problems will disappear.

You can become physically aware of this energy by concentrating on the centre of your chest and imagining the sun’s rays warming it and opening it up. Then try to feel a warmth and the opening of your symbolic heart, in the centre of your chest. Then imagine that you have a small sun inside your chest, radiating warmth and love. As you feel the love spreading through your body, your body begins to vibrate harmoniously. Can you

feel the energy released by this one little exercise?

If you do this exercise with your crystal placed on your chest, it will amplify the sensations that you feel. Do this exercise regularly and you will notice major positive changes taking place both within yourself
