For seven days, every morning, stand facing East (the rising sun), your arms half outstretched, palms up, barefoot.
Hold for about a minute and then recite the following prayer:
"Here I stand in the light, diffused equally for everyone. May my left hand give and my right hand never withdraw. So be it!"
On the seventh and last day, make a good hearted gift to a person in need, an association or a a humanitarian organization, of course in proportion to your income.
