Develop your virtues

To complete this work, you must also question yourself about your state of mind and the quality of your intentions. This should allow you to develop the seven virtues that normally would attract to you an active and benevolent guide. These are:

* Faith, ie the confidence that you have towards life and towards others, as well as their feelings about you. It brings optimism to your life and pushes you to move forward. It also facilitates contact with your guide.

* Hope, which is the certainty that things always evolve  nothing is stationary and the best can occur as long as you agree to receive it. Hope helps you confidently await the discovery of your guide.

* Courage, ie the ability to change things by imposing on yourself discipline and agreeing to transform into a better being. It helps you communicate with your guide.

* Soberness, ie the ability to stay in a measured attitude and stay reasonable (it also includes not consume alcohol or and not having  a heavy meal before communicating with your guide ). It allows you to ask relevant and useful  questions to your guide.

* Continence, ie the ability to not unnecessarily spoil your life-energy. Continence allows you to establish contact with your guide without undue fatigue.

* Patience, ie the ability to, at all times, keep a good composure. It allows you to withstand the wait which sometimes is necessary for the contact with your guide to occur.

* Generosity, ie empathy, the ability to understand others, to put yourself in their shoes without judging. It helps you to make the most of your guides advices, for yourself as for others.
