It is a principle of abundance which philosophies and religions around the world are unanimous about, the golden rule for those who want to become rich and prosperous.
When you request that your living conditions improves (finances, love, work ...), you must share what you want to get.
This "compensation" may take the form of a service or assistance rendered to a person, if these benefits could not be shared physically or materially. Some saved money on your income (salary, or some winnings from money games ...) could be given to a charity or a humanitarian organization.
This acts upon the universe as a magnet for abundance, the flow of energies and money or what have you, must circulate freely... making anything possible.
