• FRIDAY, protecting yourself from a competitor:

at dawn, search the countryside to find chick feathers. Failing that, you can use feathers from a pigeon or chicken. You will need six. Time them together in threes. Take the first three feathers and put on them things related to your rival – a business card, photo, letterhead… Place the other three feathers on top and tie the bundle with hemp twine. That evening at dusk, bury your package at a crossroads while saying three times: "You are here at a crossroads, but all the roads are blocked. You will never find your path again and you can no longer hurt me. Amen." The negative symbolic value of the number six is that it stands for failure and conflict. Here it symbolises the evil intentions of your rival.
