Writing your own life history

You must understand that my words will not make sense until you apply them to your own personal experience. The important things are your mother, your father, your birth, your life and your achievements. What has to be analysed and understood are your beliefs, your conditioning, your scenarios, the role you play each day and your life history. My role is to persuade you to examine your own life history.

The technique I am suggesting is remarkably effective (it also has the advantage of being inexpensive) and simply involves writing your own life history. Tell yourself that writing things down for your own benefit is a form of mental "cure".
