In everyday life, physical action – i.e.
everything you do, everything you experience (your professional activities,
your relationships with others, your emotional and family life) – provides the
basic materials with which to radically improve and transform your life.
You now know the various methods for
relaxing and concentrating successfully. By practising the above exercises, you
will be able to begin to visualise. This means that you will now transform the
mental images you have created (which correspond to what you want to do with
and get from your life) “into reality".
With regard to visualisation, the basic
principle is as follows:

In other words, you must channel all your
energy into visualising in the greatest
detail what you want and how to obtain it, while believing you have already acquired it.
This applies to whatever objective you want
to achieve: your own house, a new car, meeting the ideal partner, happiness in
love, additional income, following a course of study, obtaining a social
promotion, recovering your health, etc …
