• This week, I would like to tell you about a method for solving major problems which have resisted solution till now. With your eyes closed, breath deeply and calmly until you feel relaxed. Then open your third eye: in that spot (low down on your forehead, between your eyebrows) imagine a little whirl of violet-coloured light until the area grows warm or starts to tingle. Then, ask your question, in your head, in total faith, and wait for your intuition to bring you the answer: a yes (a feeling of warmth or positive images) or a no (a cool feeling, or negative images). Then act accordingly…  

• Plant of the month: Mistletoe is known to help high blood pressure and regulate the heart rate. It’s also a sedative and works to calm and soothe the nerves. In magic, the plant in its raw state is used to bring protection and luck.

• Your Lunar Calendar:

On the 22^nd, the Moon in Capricorn will bring an opportunity to bring the family closer together and perhaps even find a way to solve long-standing problems, perhaps with the neighbours.

On the 23^rd it’s the new moon. You might want to consider a lunar fast. On the 23^rd and 24^th, the Moon in Aquarius will give you a new lease of life. Interpret your dreams and listen to your intuition. A haircut will give you a boost. The 23^rd will be a good day for rituals for the success of your children, studies, for comprehension and memory.

On the 25^th, 26^th and 27^th, the Moon in Pisces will expand your visionary mind. Noting every feeling and reflection could prove enriching in many different ways.

On the 28^th and 29^th, the Moon in Aries will bring renewed energy. Take up an activity that physically exhausts you and channels your energies.

• A sweet-smelling sachet: to make your own love sachets, wait for a Friday (the day of Venus) of a waxing moon and mix some cinnamon powder with iris, sunflower, rosewater and aloe vera. Spray the liquid this produces onto some rose petals and use them to fill little pouches made of green tissue paper. You can keep these on you or at home. These sachets are wonderful for purifying the air and creating an atmosphere conducive to love.
