This meditation harmonises energy and money. Prepare your Altar as you are now used to doing: light the candles, burn incense, perform the “Cross of the Elements” ritual.
Remember you are creating an "inner space” that enables you to “open” your heart and mind to positive thought, and that, in so doing, you are connecting with Cosmic Energies and enabling Magic to operate much more effectively.
· Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and begin to breathe naturally and easily. With each breath, you become more relaxed.
· Now imagine you are bathed in a beautiful golden light. It is gentle, warm and golden like honey. This golden light feeds you and protects you, and you are gradually overtaken by a deep sense of peace.
· Begin to notice how you feel. How do you feel emotionally? How does your body feel? Notice the energy in your body. How do you feel this energy? Notice that your energy increases with each breath. You feel full of energy and alive.
· Begin to imagine that this energy is money. Visualise this money flowing through your body, like blood flowing through you veins and air into your lungs. Feel that by opening up to your own energy, you are opening up to Abundance. Unlimited amounts of money are at your disposal.
· Imagine all the money you could possibly want. Visualise it in front of you, touch it and feel it. Take time to be with the money in your life. Visualise the money that is coming your way. Remember that you attract money and acquire money easily.
· Imagine yourself surrounded by everything money can buy. Visualise the beauty and creativity in your life. Visualise the beautiful clothes, houses, cars and the lifestyle you would have with this money. Visualise the creative and pleasant ways of spending your money. Remember that you acquire money easily and spend it and/or give it away just as easily.
· Feel yourself open to the energy in your body and to the unlimited amounts of money available to you.
· Open your eyes and take time to stretch. Perform this meditation for 15 to 20 minutes, at night before you go to sleep or during the day when you a sure you won’t be disturbed.
· When you are familiar with this meditation, all you will have to do is imagine this beautiful golden light and its qualities in order to feel that they are still active within you.
