Abdominal Breathing
An abdominal breathing exercise shouldn't be done randomly. For optimum results, the following tips should be observed.
* The room in which you are to practice the breathing exercises should be well aired, spacious and without too much furniture . If you live in the countryside or if you have a garden, it would be perfect as the ideal is to find yourself in the open air. If this is not the case , ventilate the room and do your exercises, if possible, in front of an open window.
* Choose a quiet room and prefer soft lighting.
* Wear loose clothing that does not hinder your bloodstream.
* Make the exercises barefoot and directly on the floor if you adopt a lying position, for example on a thick wool blanket or rug.
* Choose a comfortable position that allows you to keep your back straight and do not force your joints.
* Finally, always breathe through the nose (not through the mouth).
* When you are familiar with the technique of abdominal breathing, you can practice it anywhere and any time, for your highest good.
