Useful advices in developing your intuition.

 It concerns lifestyle hygiene.

-       Never eat to excess. 
-       Fast occasionally, or do fresh fruit or juice diets. 
-       Give priority to the freshest, most natural foods possible. 
-       Incorporate raw food that has not been modified by the cooking process, because food in its raw state retains all of its vital energy. 
-       Always take care to chew well. 
-       Drink coffee in moderation (no more than two cups a day); prioritise energising or relaxing teas, according to your needs.
-       Do not take any drug and very little alcohol (and none at all if you can manage it), because these substances cause altered states of consciousness that make it impossible to distinguish between the visions that are ‘artificial’ and those that are natural.
-       Restrict smoking to a minimum.


In other words, cut out of your diet any food or substance that may cause an unhealthy or depressive state. Favour those that induce calmness.
