• MONDAY, the influence of the Moon: On the 15th,
the Moon in Aquarius will make you curious to find out more about where you
might travel in the future, and also make your profile stand out more on social
networking sites. Your main concern will be communication and all your dealings
with others. On April 16th and 17th, the Moon in Pisces
may stir up some problems – these are tense times and you’ll need to watch what
you say to others and the image your project to them. You’ll also need to be on
your guard not to get taken in by some of those around you. A healthy
scepticism is best. On April 18th, 19th and 20th,
the Moon in Aries will bring you all the energy you need to get where you want
to be. You’ll find it easy to get down to playing sport or improving your
lifestyle. Outdoor activities are best for you at this time – you’ll be able to
drawn on nature’s own energy to recharge your batteries and start feeling
really positive. On April 21st, it’s the New Moon, which is an
auspicious time for a fast. If you don’t want to fast, you should definitely
avoid heavy meals. The Moon in Taurus counsels care with your loved one, being
sure not to take them too much for granted. And keep an eye on your weight,
those pounds can creep on!
• TUESDAY, your positive affirmation: « I am going to work on my own life, instead
of envying how others live. » This week – get moving! If you just wait
and see what comes to you, you’re just going to get more of the same: dull
event after dull event, devoid of all energy! Think about these words and
really let them sink into your psyche.
• WEDNESDAY, get flexible: in both ways, physical
and mental, you need to be supple in your exchanges with others. Here is an
exercise to help you loosen up your mental and physical muscles: crouch down
and jump your legs out behind you, as far as possible. Hold this position for
three breaths, then bring your legs back into the crouch position. However this
position for three more long breaths. Repeat the two movements, three times in
total. Continue this exercise every day, for as long as you wish.
• THURSDAY, watch your figure: April is
the best month for starting a diet, and of course determination is the most
important thing. This ritual will help you keep going. You can do it several
times in a row. Prepare 7 strands of wool, around 15cms long, with a different
colour for each day of the week (Sunday: yellow, Monday: grey, Tuesday: red,
Wednesday: purple, Thursday: green, Friday: blue, Saturday: black). Carry the
thread that corresponds to the day of the week. Every time you’re
tempted to eat something you shouldn’t (even if you’ve already given in) take
the wool strand in your hand and say in a low voice: « Wind, wind, wind, be away with you! Be gone
bad thoughts, wishes and desire, be gone torment, leave my innocent soul that
twists and turns in the darkness, without light and without clarity. May you
lose your way and disappear, ill-wind, forever, and leave me to soar free as a
bird! » On the evening of the next full moon, tie the wood strands
around a black candle, following the order of the days of the week in which you
wore them: the colour from the first day at the top of the candle, and the last
one 3cms from the bottom, approximately. Set the candle in the middle of a
plate filled with salt. Light it and repeat the deliverance oration 7 times
over, with your hands stretched out towards the candle (« Wind, wind, wind… »). Then let the
candle burn down. Bury the remains of the salt as soon as you can, in open
earth. As the candle burns down, your food dependence will decrease and your
motivation will grow. This is the symbolic action of the fire at work: fire
purifies through destruction and reconstruction. The blackness of the candle is
a reference to Saturn and, in alchemic language, corresponds to the end of a
cycle, where an ending gives rise to fresh beginning of a new cycle.
• FRIDAY, get rid of a headache: place your hands on the
head of the sufferer for a few minutes then say this prayer from your heart and
with conviction: « O glorious Saint
Pancrace, together through our meditation, I and all your fervent devotees
together, can cure this headache. May the pain suffered here soon find relief. »
Then blow in the form of a cross, 3
times on the forehead, 3 times on the right ear and 3 times on the left ear. The headache will disappear in the
fifteen minutes that follow. The more you practice this technique, the more
effective it will become.
• SATURDAY, lesson for the weekend: stop saying: « I’m a long way from getting what I want
… » Instead say: « Challenges
don’t scare me! » Write these lines in red ink on a sheet of white
paper and keep it on you all weekend. Whenever you get a chance, read it and
take a few moments to imagine yourself in a situation to which these words
might apply. On Sunday evening, burn the paper, after reading it one last time.
