Sunday
April 1st, the feast day of Saint Hugh, is a good opportunity for
treating verruca, deep-cleansing the skin and revamping your look with a new
haircut.

and pamper your whole body.
On April 6th is recommended as a fast
day, to eliminate all the toxins built up in your body.
On Monday 9th, dedicate some time to
a manicure, a deep-conditioning treatment for your hair and perhaps a wax.
Wednesday 11th is also a good day lavishing attention on your hair
and nails if they’re looking a bit fragile.

some exercises to loosen up your muscles and make you more flexible.

is a great day for personal purification, getting rid of any negative
vibrations around you, emanating either from other people or your home.
Saturday

can help you achieve your dreams and make any rituals you perform much more
powerful.
If you get your hair cut on Monday 23rd, Saint George’s
day you’ll find it’ll grow back all the quicker. It’s also a good time for
spending some time on a skin treatment. It’s also a good time for drinking
infusions to detox your liver and intestine.

Mark’s day, is a day for treating verruca’s and warding off any skin problems.

are ideal for setting aside some ‘me’ time, giving your spirits a boost with a
