Preserve and increase your energy

From now on, you will never forget you are living in a tangible world that is simultaneously a universe of dynamic energy: everything in existence is a ‘universal energy field’ that you can access through signs and intuition.

Energy follows wherever your direct your attention, and as you also know you can project your energy by channelling all your attention and will in the desired direction. This works on other energy fields, multiplying the frequency of coincidences in your life and reinforcing the divine guidance.

I am now going to tell you something that’s essential for applying the ‘Ultimate Secret’:

As a way of activating your own energy field (and so attracting everything you need towards you) you should ideally maintain a connection to the universal cosmic energy, because this give you an unlimited source of energy with the potential to increase the power of your conscious mind.

By applying the instructions, techniques and exercises I give you in this document, you will connect to the universal energy quite naturally.

You’ll no doubt already be aware that some types of behaviour are best avoided, because they’re likely to weaken this link – as I will go on to explain below.

Most people are not aware of the reality of universal energy. This means they have no way of consciously connecting to this unlimited reservoir of energy. Their inner connection to this source is generally weak or underdeveloped.

The result is they tend to feel vulnerable and insecure, which drives them to take energy from other people to recharge their own levels. They do this by seeking to manipulate others, or dominate their attention. We all have a tendency to behave in this way, but it is a course of action that has a seriously prejudicial impact on the happiness of our future.

Those who succeed in dominating others in this way feel stronger, while the other person feels weakened and often resorts to aggression.

Human energy exists in a limited quantity, and the competition to capture that energy is the cause of all conflicts between human beings. Yes, we are in competition with each other, to get energy. We do this subconsciously every time we meet someone else.

By observing your own interactions and those of others, you can develop your awareness of this struggle, and understand the issues underpinning human conflict.

As your consciousness broadens, you’ll start to realise that energy obtained in this manner doesn’t last long!

You’ll then go on to discover that the true energy you are seeking comes from the universal energy source: you don’t need to extract it from anyone else. And the clearer your understanding of your tendency to want to control, weaken, outstrip, and be suspicious of others, or please them, the sooner you’ll break these habits for good.

In fact, the ‘struggle’ for energy and power goes back to the beginning of time. Our instinct for survival goes hand in hand with psychological and spiritual needs for security, intimacy, material ease, a feeling of belonging, social recognition and control over our life.

Our attempts to meet all these needs underpin everything we try to achieve in the world. When a need is not met, we summon all our energy on achieving it.

The need to ‘dominate’ the situation, to maintain our energy, is clear from childhood. When we’re little, we depend for our survival on the adults who look after us, and we draw on very specific recourses to acquire energy from our family environment.

So, we start to set up ‘domination strategies’ and mechanisms for manipulating energy, to attract the attention, love, recognition, support and approval of others – which are all forms of energy. We use this energy we ‘extract’ from others to ensure our personal development: we receive enough love to feel secure and sufficiently important to others to enable us to build our identity.

Of course, like many others, you’ll be familiar with the following: sibling rivalry, competition, the inability to be happy with what you have, the feeling of being ‘invisible’, etc. The painful hallmarks of suffering in early life, the feeling of being undervalued, mistreated, neglected, abandoned, fear and guilt are at the root of the struggle for domination.

These feelings build as the body grows, as we gain our qualifications and become adults, and finally these early experiences trigger the formation of special techniques – domination strategies – for obtaining energy.

During childhood, we have few resources for protecting ourselves from or understanding situations in which we are ignored, criticised or ridiculed. As we get older, the accumulation of negative experiences affects our self-esteem and the way we approach life and other people. We feel something is missing, and have a natural desire to fill that gap, by drawing on the energy of others.

In fact, all the ways in which we try to control energy are rooted in the original fear that if we become separated from the source of energy that links us to our parents, we won’t be able to survive.

Let’s look at an example. Perhaps you can remember being in a group of people all talking animatedly? … You were waiting for a chance to say something, to relate something that happened to you and when finally the break in the conversation came, just as you were starting to tell your anecdote, the conversation started up again, as if you didn’t exist. You turned to the person next to you, to hide your embarrassment and your energy drained out of you. As a way of getting it back, you had to cling to that person, appropriating their energy and keep their attention away from the general conversation.

Did that person look at you with interest, or did they look at the rest of the group, to see if what they were saying was more interesting? How did you feel if their attention turned back to the group? Did you feel doubly ignored? What happened to the flow of energy when you realised that noone was listening to you any more? You probably felt like people were ignoring you and like you were invisible to them.

This may well have reinforced your natural tendency to avoid risks, to keep your distance, or perhaps it made you more assertive, more determined to be heard?
Depending your self-esteem levels at that time, you either ignored the problem, or you came down hard on yourself for your lack of confidence, or you hated the others for their lack of kindness…but in any case, you lost energy!

The energy exchange is constant and so universal that you are barely conscious of it – until the time you clearly perceive your energy levels are drained or soaring.

Now, you’re aware there’s a source of universal energy to which any of us may have access; you no longer need to carry on applying your old domination and survival strategies.

If you leave behind this mechanism rooted in fear, and tap into this energy source, you will access a higher vibratory level. Control mechanisms, when they’re brought out into your consciousness, become powerful assets.

Follow the below advice to help yourself to break the habits originating in the ‘domination strategy’ that urges you subconsciously to suck the energy from others:

-   Remain in the present moment; anchor yourself in the "here and now".

-   Be aware of your feelings and your choices.

-   Listen to what others have to say but have faith in your own final decision. Remind yourself you’re quite capable of hearing different opinions without feeling pressured and without taking a rigid, defensive stance which means you have to either win or lose.

-   Keep in touch with your emotions and express them as clearly as possible, in the knowledge that you’ll find out many more things if you’re open to events.

-   Stay in touch with your intuition and the personal motivations that drive you to act.

Irrational power struggles always happen when we’re losing energy because someone is manipulating our attention, forcing us to react to regain control of the situation.

To start to free yourself of the need to dominate and master situations, you need to learn to concentrate on your feelings when you start to feel a ‘block’ or anxiety. There’s no point analysing others or trying to change them, just ask yourself: What am I feeling right now? What is it that I need right now?

Once you’ve made contact with your most innermost feelings, you’ll find it easier to progress towards more appropriate behaviour (accepting disagreements, don’t seeing ‘winning’ as essential) and transfer your attention to connect with the universal.

As soon as you’ve understood this dynamic of battling to capture the energy of others, you’ll start to recover your own power. The balance will be re-established when you stop relying on other people for your source of energy and start looking within yourself, to connect to your guiding spirit.

It’s very important to remember that from the moment you longer need to exert control over others to make things happen in your own life, your horizons will miraculously open up. Quite simply, pay attention to coincidences and the messages they bring, tap into the universal cosmic energy and let the universe guide you. The universe always works in your best interests and wants you to have everything you desire.

But the spirit of resistance and the urge to do battle are not necessarily ‘bad’, as sometimes they allow us to see that change is necessary and show us a more passionate way of life. Stop ‘calculating’ what you want, setting yourself goals and trying to impose your rigid ideas on the world, and learn instead to be more receptive to your intuition and act according to it.

Don’t give in to frustration if you get the feeling your progress is slow; tell yourself that all these ‘new ideas’ constitute a new world vision for you, and will take a little while to be assimilated into your belief system.

Tap into the universal cosmic energy

From the very moment when you become aware of the reality of universal energy, it will respond to your needs.

Information of any type (verbal, chemical, electric, magnetic, luminous, telepathic) will always arrive at the right time. To be more specific, information is a permanent flow of energy that you can filter consciously according to your needs; you willpower automatically selects the information you need to have.

As you get nearer and nearer to the higher vibratory level, the information and messages will tend to arrive more quickly. And if you use your skill and power in the pursuit of good aims, things will come to you as if by magic!

A calm, serene state of mind is an absolute prerequisite if you want to ‘tap into’ the universal cosmic energy. In this regard, it’s absolutely vital you learn to relax. Wherever you are, you need to be able to ‘breathe’. It’s usually possible to calm down and relax quite swiftly, just by controlling the rhythm of your breathing for a few minutes.

If you’re feeling tired or stressed, try to find a quiet place to sit down, with your back nice and straight. First, take three breaths, emphasising the exhalation so as to expel all the polluted air from your lungs. Breathe deeply and calmly for a few moments, close your eyes, then imagine, visualise, a thick cord linked the bottom of your spine (coccyx) with the Earth. Imagine you are drawing a little of the powerful energy of the Earth through that cord, up into the centre of your chest.

Continue to breathe calmly … then imagine that the top of your cranium is opening, like a flower that is blossoming, to allow the golden cord to join up with the sky. All the positive, rejuvenating, regenerating energy descend the cord to your chest and meet up with the energy from the Earth. You will very soon feel a surge in your energy levels.

There may be other times when you feel over=stimulated – after an argument, for example. If you feel the need to calm down, go into another room, or some other neutral, relaxing place, settle yourself down comfortably, back nice and straight, and close your eyes. Once again the act of visualising a thick cord connected to the bottom of your spinal column and plunging into the Earth might help you. Let your surplus energy dissipate through this cord and return to the energy of the Earth.

A way of mobilising this energy or resolving a problem more easily, is to imagine you are enveloped in light. This exercise is particularly good when you have a break at work, for example, or when you have a few moments to yourself with noone looking at you. Close your eyes for a few moments (or place the palm of your hands over your eyelids).

Then imagine, visualise, a great cascade of light that streams over you and envelopes you with its gentle, benevolent rays. Let yourself bask in this light, enjoy its warmth and brightness. Imagine that the room where you are is flooded in it. Take a few moment to make that image more intense. Repeat this exercise several times every day for a week and then see if you notice any change either in yourself or those around you.

How to attract the gifts of Providence into your Life

First of all, be mindful that your life has a purpose, and that everything happens for a reason.

Start to look for the "hidden meaning" behind the events that happen in your life.

Acknowledge that a state of ‘emotional agitation’ is an indication of a need for change and heightens your senses. In other words, listen to your body and to the ‘little voice’ of your intuition.

Be aware that the more conscious you are of these phenomena, the more they will happen.

If you have a feeling that you should talk to someone who can potentially help you answer your questions, don’t ignore it.

Have faith in your spontaneous development. Allow yourself to be guided, don’t force yourself to pursue a series of self-imposed goals, and don’t allow doubt to take hold. Just know you are in the process of progressing positively towards your destiny.

Start keeping a diary so you can note down any significant coincidences (synchronicity phenomena) that happen in your life. Keeping a diary is a good way of clarifying your thoughts.

I would recommend you start by analysing in particular the coincidences that have happened in your past; do this and you will get better and better at grasping their meaning, ready for when they happen in the future. It might be easiest to analyse them by area.

For example:

At home

Were there any particular coincidences or signs that you noticed when you were looking for the place where you’re living now: street number or name with a special meaning, a meeting with your neighbours, delays in property negotiations, misunderstandings over the telephone or any other curious detail?...

At work

How did you come to get your current job…or the one before it? How did you hear about it? Who did you talk it over with? What particular messages, if any, did you receive? What were your first impressions about the place where you work? Did you notice any signs that could have heralded an event that came later? Etc.

In your social life

How did you meet the most important person in your life? What took you to that place, at that time? Did the person you met remind you of anyone else? What was your first impression of this person…and did it turn out to be true? Were there any signs: a dream before or after the meeting, a bizarre coincidence, a delay, a complication...? Etc.

Think back, search your memory as well as your senses and intuition; you see, you’ll be amazed with your ability to "dig around the subject" ... and with the results you obtain.

When something happens to you, does it usually follow a particular pattern? For example, what are the similarities (in any) between the way you met this person who’s very important to you and the way you found your job, your new apartment or met your life partner?

In general, be on the lookout for any ‘hunches’ you may have had about turning points in your life, because they will allow you to collect that maximum information about any coincidences and increase your capacity for premonitions when future coincidences occur.

Secondly, in your diary, write down your daily observations. Start by writing down all the external signs that seem to take you in a certain direction.

Here are a few examples of external signs: you hunt for a stray message that suddenly reappears on your desk, your nightstand, on the TV…you read something in the newspaper that’s talks about one of your new interests…or an unexpected obstacle, a change of plans. Ask yourself: What information am I being given here? Why should I pay attention to this?

Not everything contains a special message for you, but by becoming more receptive to these ‘little ways out’, you potential for premonition will increase.

Observing internal signs is also important, and can yield a wealth of information. Your intuition is the tool you have for inner perception. With the external signs you hear, your see, you touch or are guided by something ‘outside’ of you, but with internal signs, you need to pay close attention to your own feelings.

These provide you with a very accurate echo, if you learn to listen to them properly. For example, if you’ve been feeling weighed down, or as if something bad is going to happen, you perhaps need to put off making a decision, or play for more time and get more information. Very often, we ignore these hunches, we brush off the signs…and end up making decisions that only take us further away from the goal we seek!

In this regard, you must always follow this golden rule:
Never make an important decision when you’re angry, in a hurry, frustrated, tired or in any other negative state of mind.

Start by looking out, over the course of the next few days, to spot any internal signs that may manifest themselves in different situations – for example, if your stomach or neck contracts, if your jaw tenses, if you’re constantly drumming your fingers, crossing your arms and legs, if you feel listless, if you’re short of breath or if certain noises irritate you. Ask yourself: What exactly is happening? What am I ‘receiving’ right now?

Make a daily effort to ‘decode’ the hidden meaning behind coincidences, as and when they occur. Be on the lookout; or to put it another way ‘on the hunt’ for messages from your subconscious.

For example: What was the most recent experience you had you could describe as ‘out of the ordinary’? Perhaps this morning you were thinking about somebody, and then that very same person called you on the phone? How many times has it happened that you’re exclaimed: I was just thinking about you! Did this person bring you an important message or information? Did you ask yourself why this coincidence happened? ... And what it could lead to? And so on.

Note: It’s possible that, as you start to train yourself, you’ll only glimpse these coincidences and they will pass you by without you paying them the slightest attention.

Don’t get discouraged, keep going!

In the end you will manage to slow things down and pay much closer attention to these events. You’ll develop your skill at spotting the next synchronicity phenomenon.

Always bear in mind that that all the advice and exercises are aimed at making you more aware of past, present and future coincidences, and making you more attentive to their impact on your life.

You’ll also be expressing your desire to make your heightened perceptions trigger the appearance of more coincidences.

By setting my instructions into practice, you’ll awaken your consciousness. And by observing your life, you’ll soon realise that there is much more going on that you had thought.

Beyond routine and your day-to-day problems, you’ll be able to identify a mysterious, divine influence, that will send you ‘significant coincidences’ which are basically messages to guide you in a particular direction.

Remember, in the magical world of coincidences, such messages flow and return; sometimes they come thick and fast, hurrying us along a particular path, while at other times they stop us from moving. The important thing is to stay in contact with the movement of ‘the soul’ that guides our life and takes it forwards.

Know how to use coincidences

In fact, the idea of seeing coincidences as more than just simple curiosities dates back to the moment when psychologist identified the existence of the subconscious. Carl Jung called this phenomenon of ‘significant coincidences’ as synchronicity.

According to Jung, this principle allows us to link two events in a manner as natural as the principle of cause and effect, despite the fact that the causal link may not be immediately obvious.

Remember, when you start recognising the important of coincidences in your life:

You open your mind and broaden your awareness.

You start to assimilate the following fundamental cosmic law:

"The Universe responds to your conscious mind and your expectations by creating the circumstances you need to progress"

So, coincidences are not ‘random’ events, but rather answers to a subconscious prayer or questions. And synchronicity is a gift from the flow of universal energy.

The truth is that the coincidences that happen in our everyday life are the outward expression of the attempts by our subconscious to direct and shape our future. All creative urges should ideally expressed as freely as possible – as it also works the other way round: you can attract coincidences into your life, in the image of a wish, prayer or question you formulate consciously.

Most people don’t spot the coincidences that crop up during the course of their day, much less make the most of these advantages these ‘winks’ from destiny can bring, because they usually see them as nothing more than random or funny events. They don’t know how to interpret their hidden meaning.

But if you’re in touch with your own intuition, if you ask the right questions, then you’ll start to see that coincidences are the external answers to your individual growth, the process that is happening inside your psyche, which is in turn in close contact with the divine part of each human being.

This means you’ll no longer be a prisoner at the whim of blind destiny, because you’ll be linked up to the creative forces of the universe that will be prepared to fulfil your every desire. Luck and success will be with you in every situation!

Synchronicity phenomena often occur when your need is greatest: a state of flux, feelings of doubt, confusion, frustration or chaos are all an indication that "something is going on".

With my experience as a medium I can tell you this: at such times, if you can see what is happening behind the scenes in the theatre of life, you’d be amazed at the number of changes going on!

At an occult level, Esoteric Tradition can show how the combination of a major emotional impulse and a vivid imagination can trigger the energy needed to make whatever you want to happen, happen – in one form or other.

[There is also a secret technique that I will reveal to you further on, using the powers of creative visualisation to become the "creator" of your destiny...]

Essentially, the frequency with which coincidences occur increases as you become more receptive. For example, you’ve probably already been through situations such as this: you’re repaid a sum of money you’d lent without ever expecting to be paid back, on exactly the day you needed to pay the rent, but your bank account was completely empty.

These are the sort of answers given in answer to prayers: coincidences are a sort of ‘magic’, they are a mechanism of growth, at the very heart of evolution, and they can make new opportunities blossom in our lives.

It also empowers us to go beyond the outdated ideas that can hold us back, and to experience directly that life is much more than a materialistic struggle to survive or a simple intellectual need for faith: life is a spiritual dynamic.

Become aware of coincidences

Let me tell you about the true nature of the events people usually call "coincidences". You may find my explanation enlightening.

Throughout history, in every corner of the world, man’s imagination has been captured and inspired by myths and legends. These tales invariably figure a ‘golden key’, a mysterious wizard, a dream rich in meaning, or an unexpected clue that lights the way to the treasure or opportunity sought.

For Carl Jung, the Swiss psychiatrist, this archetypal ‘magical effect’ was a universal characteristic, shared by all human beings.
He devoted the greater part of his life to the study of  "coincidences" and acknowledged the important – perhaps essential! – role they play in the flow of life.

Coincidences actually constitute the very essence of fireside stories, the funny anecdotes related in wedding speeches, and the thrilling stories that generate such success.

You’ll no doubt already have noticed how many biographies are packed with mysterious ‘secondary’ effects such as chance meetings, missed trains, books open, or that fall open, at a significant page, doors left ajar, conversations fortuitously overheard, meaningful looks espied in rooms full of people, etc.

Many a novel or play would have failed to make it to print or stage without the ‘chance encounter’ between two people in a corridor or on a station platform.

Similarly, the chaotic nature of many curriculums vitae is explained by the appearance of unexpected job offers that played no part in the initial career plan.

Coincidences are actually points of convergence, providing undeniable, crystalline evidence of the nature of life’s mystery, beyond our personal understanding, logical reasoning and experience.

Becoming aware of the reality of coincidences, and being on the lookout for their message and their meaning, constitutes the first step in the swift process of evolution towards a lucky and fulfilling life...

This is the very basis of "THE ULTIMATE SECRET"!

To deny the reality of coincidences is like rejecting the gifts the divine guide is prepared to give you... in other words, it’s like “sawing off the branch of a tree you’re sitting on"!

I don’t believe I’m wrong in thinking that’s the last thing you want to do, right? ...

Isn’t the very fact of having been selected by a great clairvoyant, to receive this powerful Secret of Luck and Happiness already the sign of happy coincidence?

This privilege has in fact been given to you at a very particular moment in your life…For my part, I "know" you’ve been feeling a sense of loss and dissatisfaction about your life as it is at the moment.

I can also tell you, in confidence, that the brilliant clairvoyant from whom I received the Secret that I am passing to you today, identified, during a e "clairvoyant flash", a higher truth at work in your life.

This means that in the secrecy of your heart and soul, you’re gradually becoming more aware of the inner call to a more fulfilling life.

Universal cosmic energy and the the " waves of form"

Everything that exists in the universe (including the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdoms) is composed of particles, atoms, that « vibrate » emitting energy in the form of waves.

This emission of energy differs only in the length of the wave. In fact, each object, each organism, possesses its own specific wavelength, and gives out energy in an amount particular to it. This radiated energy produces an electromagnetic energy field around the object or body concerned.

This energy field then enters into resonance with its surroundings (another object, a person, the earth, etc.), which creates energetic interactions.

Human beings, for example, emit two main waves: a «physical» wave, generated by its physiological organs, and a « mental » waves, that are dependant on the mind. Together, these form what is called the aura (or auric electromagnetic field).

People with a clairvoyant gift can perceive the aura; the aura surrounds the body and generally takes the form of an egg filled with radiations of different colours. These colours change according to the state of health and the preoccupations of the individual.

Moreover, you will probably have noticed how some people have a «dull» aura, and «vibrate poorly»: they are people who are sad, pessimistic, or even aggressive. This is often because they are undermined by illness or obsessed by negative thoughts.

Human beings are immersed in the cosmos; for this reason we are both wave emitters and wave receivers. There are waves that are beneficial and waves that are harmful, just as there are positive cosmic energies and other negative ones.

For example, within the range of wavelengths of the spectrum of light, (in other words, the light energy emitted by the sun), the radiations comprised between infrared and ultraviolet are favourable for vitality. A minimum of sun is recommended because it enables the synthesis of vitamins vital for good health (vitamin D).

On the other hand, any excess of ultraviolet radiation (UV) is harmful: Scientists have clearly shown that prolonged exposure to the sun causes skin cancer. This is why, to tan without risk, we need to use creams that filter this famous UV.

Infrared radiation, in turn, produces a pleasant sensation of warmth, but in excess it can cause skin irritations and even burns.

Certain waves are more harmful than others. The waves emitted by uranium or radioactive plutonium are extremely dangerous and cause genetic mutations (the Hiroshima nuclear bomb). The X-rays given off by a television are equally harmful if you watch it too close up to the screen.

In the same way, some sound waves, imperceptible to the human ear (infrasound and ultrasound) generated by machines used in industry, cause sleep problems and upset the nervous system. Animals, including dogs, are sensitive to these sound frequencies, which is why we use ultrasound whistles in training.

It is now known that forces generated by waves running from North to South and East to West run through the earth. These are called telluric waves, terrestrial magnetic currents, etc. These forces are manifest in all environments, whether on land, in the air or at sea. Their presence is revealed by the swinging of the magnetised needle of a compass.

The initiated who have known of the laws of universal cosmic energy since ancient times, can master them perfectly. They know how to choose the «powerful sites» that are favourable for the holding of magic ceremonies and religious rituals.

Whether this concerns «standing stones», the Egyptian or Aztec pyramids, Roman temples or Medieval cathedrals, etc., these buildings were always constructed taking into account the network of telluric forces.

In the same way, it is highly inadvisable to build a house close to an underground water course, because this drains the vital forces and leads to physical and mental health problems.

As its name indicates, universal cosmic energy is at work everywhere. Humans are not the only beings to be influenced by the waves emitted by the earth. In nature, the behaviour of numerous animal species is determined by these terrestrial radiations.

Examples of this are the incredibly long journeys made by the eel and the salmon which, in order to reproduce, cover hundreds of kilometres to return the source where they were born. Other examples are the «homing instinct» of the pigeon, and the way migratory birds fly thousands of kilometres, from the equator to the poles. And then there is the attraction, sometimes at considerable distances, of the male by the female in the insect world, etc.

Ancient texts tell of how the Romans discovered the existence of mineral waters by watching the behaviour of sick animals: these waters with healing properties emit characteristic waves, picked up by animals who felt the need to drink from them to heal themselves.

Much vegetable matter emits characteristic waves that attract a certain species of animal or insect. If bees, butterflies or ants are drawn to specific plants or flowers, it is because the odours that these give off are in fact waves. In these cases, these waves are picked up by the sense of smell (the olfactory nerve).

Despite being blind, bats are able to orientate themselves very efficiently in flight, thanks to a «radar» system located in their head. As they move they generate vibrations that are propagated in the air, that «rebound» off objects around them, coming back to hit the sensitive zone of the radar, thereby creating an image, a «reflection» of these objects.

They are therefore capable of guiding themselves by accurately identifying what is around them (insects, trees, fruit, rock faces, etc.).

This is possible thanks to the “waves of form”: not only does any physical body (mineral, vegetable, animal, human) vibrate by emitting energy in the form of waves, these waves, as they are emitted, adopt a form that is specific to that body.

For example, a pyramid emits «waves of form» that faithfully follow its contours: this is, in fact, the energy field given off by that pyramid, and which surrounds it like a second pyramid. A sort of «double», rather in the manner of the «Russian dolls» which are packed one inside the other.

There is a simple example that better explains this universal law of the «waves of form». When you throw a stone into a pond, concentric waves form and propagate across the surface of the water, making it very easy to visualise the ever-increasing aquatic waves.

You will also see how these waves change in shape if they meet with an obstacle: the new design of the wavelets differs depending on whether they come up against a bank, a rock or even a piece of wood that floats.

You can try a similar exercise, in your bath for example, by floating objects of different shapes. This is an amusing and enlightening experience!

These various examples illustrate that everything, through the «waves of form» can at the same time emit and receive universal cosmic energy, and that this energy, according to its intensity, may be beneficial or harmful for the human being.

The universal principles governing fortune

Firstly, there are universal cosmic laws to which all living beings are subject. In other words, the laws that govern the major domains of life (love, money, health, luck, etc.) are fundamentally cosmic and borne out in all places and at all times.

Among them, three are essential for the achievement of a rich and happy life: the Law of Causality (also called the law of Karma or the Law of cause and effect), the Law of Attraction (also called the Law of Resonance) and the Law of Manifestation.

Now let’s look at exactly how these cosmic laws work.

You will certainly have heard mention of the Law of Karma, cited in the spiritual tales of every religion on Earth, in the adage: As you sow so shall you reap.

If you sow seeds of destruction, you will harvest destruction. If you sow seeds of anger and hatred, you will harvest anger and hatred. If you sow wheat, you will harvest all 100% of this wheat in return, not barley. The care and attention you invest in the sowing will pay dividends in the quality of the harvest, whatever the type of seed.

You must also understand that the cosmos, just like our subconscious mind, is absolutely free of prejudice: nothing is good and nothing is bad, positive or negative, beautiful or ugly, worthy or worthless. These labels are only valid for us – while what may be beautiful or positive for one may not necessarily be so for another.

Who could disagree that what is a gift to one person may be a source of disgust for another? A plant may be seen as medicine in homeopath or herbalist, yet to a gardener it would be a weed attempting to take root.

And indeed for some spiders are frightening animals; they squash them without a thought, then complain about the annoyance of flies. Well of course, these flies aren’t getting trapped in spider webs any more because the spiders aren’t there to weave them!

Obviously, opinions about the rights or wrongs of a thing, it’s value or worthlessness, cannot actually be justified, being merely the expression of our subjectivity.

This becomes all the more evident when you think in terms of energy. Energy is "valueless" in the sense that it is only through you that it becomes positive or negative – in other words, it depends on whether you use it for constructive or destructive ends. This means that whatever you wish for will come to you, which is fair.

The Creator gave us the gift of free will so we could experience life in all its wealth. Life does not command us to choose only experiences that are good or enjoyable. We are absolutely free to experiment according to our desires. It remains to be seen if what we desire turns out to be what we wanted once we have it…but at least we have free choice.

For example: A thought comes into your mind, and the more it goes round your head, the more you consolidate it. This will have a consequence: whatever the thought, it will happen one day in your life.
Everyone has their fears, for example they fear that one day they will be attacked or that the police will arrest them when they’ve had one drink too many. Perhaps one day you might wake up with an idea in your head and say to yourself: « Gosh, now there’s a plan that will never work! ». The energy generated by that thought is a command, both for your subconscious and for the cosmos, and it will be taken 100% into account, of that you can be sure!

The cosmos is like a giant computer that functions according to perfect laws. You programme it with your thoughts (input) and it will print whatever is programmed into it (output). Your subconscious mind doesn’t know what fear is, it can’t distinguish between the positive and the negative. You give it energy, an order, and it gets to work on what it has received.

You will, in turn, see the fear you have sown become a reality; your project will fail. Likewise, if you entertain a thought of violence with sufficient intensity and for a long time, you will be the victim of a rape or an attack. Don’t say to yourself afterwards: « There! I knew that was going to turn out badly!» Yes, you knew it but, to be more precise, you were the only one who knew it! And as the saying goes: To each his own.

This is very important: You are the author of your thoughts and your feelings and it’s you that gives them their life. What you think and feel is down to you and you alone, and will sooner or later become a reality in your life. So, this means you have a responsibility towards your thoughts.

All this comes down to the fact that human beings, through their thoughts and words, are capable of influencing indirectly – but very specifically – the material world in which they live. That’s how the creative power of thoughts and words (thoughts expressed verbally) manifests itself. And by virtue of our free will and the Law of Causality, human beings are responsible for their thoughts and words.

It’s very important to understand the role thoughts play in our everyday lives. In this regard, there are several concepts in the invisible and occult world that will make it easier for you to understand.

The intrinsic nature of thought has certain consequences: every time you ‘emit’ a thought, your brain releases a tiny amount of energy that travels through the atmosphere. This energy is like radio waves, it travels unchallenged by distance or material objects. Every thought that crosses our mind is duplicated by the release of an amount of energy that is ‘imprinted’ on the universal ether.

According to the Law of Manifestation, energy follows thought. This means that the universal cosmic energy ‘falls in step’ with your conscious will and, accordingly, energy flows wherever you direct your attention, right after your thoughts! This law manifests the creative power of thought
