Install the altar facing east.
Put the candlesticks with their candles at each side of the magic circle in the middle upon which you place the incense burner.
Put on your ceremonial outfit.
Light the incense and read the incantation of the perfume:
"God of Abraham, God of Isaac, God of Jacob, please bless and sanctify this creature, so that its scent can contain the Spirits that I must invoke for the perfection of my task and my desire; I beg you by your Holy son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who live and reign by your side within the Oneness of the Holy Spirit. Amen"
