burn some sandalwood
incense and light a white candle. On a sheet of white paper, draw a large
number 7 and sprinkle it with some powdered mistletoe and some powdered star
anise. Fold the paper to enclose the powders and tuck it into an envelope, then
place your right hand on the envelope and your left hand on your heart and say:
« Invest your spirit in me, pledge me your devotion, bestow your gifts on
me and come to me! » Keep this envelope on you so that luck will smile on
you.
