Blessing the Laurel for purification

If you really have the feeling that your home is negatively charged and you want to purify it, you could take a branch of Laurel and bring it with you to mass a Sunday. Or if you don't want to go to Church you can bless the branch yourself with the following oration: 

"By the power of Adonai, Celestial Father, by the Star of the day, I give you total power so that you become, here in my hands, a powerful, protective shield for my home."

Once back home, light a small fire with some small Laurel branches. Then touch all your walls with the consecrated Laurel branch, while pronouncing this prayer:

"By the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, in the name of the Holy Trinity, I conjure and order you, impure spirits, to leave and stay away from this home forever. I command you, by the very powerful, fearsome and admirable name of God, El, by all the Holy names of God, Adonai, El, Elohim, Elohe, Zahaoth, Elion, Ezerzhi, Iah, Tertragrammaton, Saday, the lord God of the highest,. I order you by the name of the living Christ, who chased the demons. I adjure you by the name of the same Christ, to leave this house in peace by the name of God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit who lives and reigns during centuries and centuries. Amen."

Then burn the Laurel with the other branches. If it crackle while burning it is considered a good omen. This procedure can be repeated regularly but only during Sundays.
