• WEDNESDAY, Full Moon infusion:

this is the point in the lunar cycle when we tend to feel more on edge and have trouble sleeping…Here is a calming infusion to drink after your evening meal, to counter the stress of the Full Moon: drop 3 healthy leaves of fresh basil into a cup and cover with boiling water, leave to infuse for 5 minutes, then drink.
