are floating above your body.

surrounding your body and lifting it even higher.

When you have completed this experience,
visualising the silver circle
will enable you to travel where you want to. To
end the experience,
reverse the procedure and return gently into your own
body. Remain
lying down for a few minutes to re-establish contact with the
physical
world.
