The Wand

The wand is the tool of command, corresponding to the kings scepter or the bishops cross. It is the extension of the magicians thoughts in the force of its action.The wand attracts and collects the astral forces,keeping them before him.It also serves to trace the magic circle on the floor, when the magician is doing a ceremony out in nature.

The Consecration of the Sword

I beseech thee, O sword, by the holy and invisible name of El, the strong and wonderful, the name of the Almighty Shaddaï, andalso by the names of Quadosch, Quadosch, Quadosch,  Adonai Elohim Tzabaoth, the first and the last, wisdom, path, life, truth, chief, speech, word, splendor, light, priest, immortal Messiah.

By these and by the other names, I beseech you O sword,to serve me with your protection, against any adversity. Amen.

The Sword and the Wand

The sword and the wand belong to the legend. Historically, they symbolize the will and the power of the magician. They correspond to the negative and the positive forces, which are acting permanently around us. The Sword (negative) is used for the  dispersing of the energetically charged masses,and to unlock energy nodes,just like a lightning rod. The wand (positive) acts in a reverse fashion: it attracts astral energy, in other words, the energy of the invoked entities.

Manufacturing the triangle

The triangle is drawn on the same square of white cloth as the magic circle, with the same preparation of blessed boxwood mixed with holy water, about twenty centimetres above the written name of the Angel correponding to the element Air.
The rituals that govern the development of the magic circle and triangle are full of sense and reason: the creation of, on a single plane, and by symbolic analogy, two very different universes - the one of the Magician and the one of the entity, between which a communication can be established. During the occult work, nothing, no longer exist for the magician, other than these universes. Both the triangle and the circle are consecrated at the same time.

The apparition triangle

If the circle is your particular area during the time of the invocation, the triangle, represents the world of the invoked entity. It is is exact space where you focus all energies channelled by the sword and the wand.


In the triangle you put:

* The censer filled with incense mixed with the perfume of the day,

* An offering to the entity in the form of plants, flowers, fruits and minerals with correspondence to the invoked entity,

* The material element - letter, photo, card, ad ... - in connection to your demand,

* A candle in the appropriate colour.

When an entity manifest in "the apparition triangle", you see a movement or an unusual deformation of the flame of the candle, or even a silhouette outlined in the convolutions of the incense smoke.

Consecration of the Magic Circle

"Agla. Agla. Agla. All mighty God. You, being the life of the Universe and who reigns upon the four elements by the power and virtue of the Sacred Names TETRAGRAMMATON, YOD, HE, VAU, HE, please, bless the circle in my hands as you blessed the coat of Elie in the hands of Elisée,  your wings shielding me from harm, as have been stated: You will be shielded by his wings and feathers if you have faith in him. His faithfulness will be your shield and protection."

These three circles...

form a kind of wall,within which you are secure from any "aggression",  from the spirit world. During the  invocation,you shouldn't step out of this "secure space"  before having completing the return of  the invoked Angel. Such a misadventure always has annoying consequences. The magical circle is not only an object of protection against the invoked forces. One could even say that it would be a shame and even dangerous to limit its use merely to this. Actually, the magic circle is a schematic representation of the world in which we live, the microcosm. As such, it is thus necessary to replace all the symbols of life: the four Elements symbolized by the cardinal points, the seasons, the names of the divinities that we respect and in which we believe and also the names of the summoned Angels or entities ... All these signs are placed in a specific order and direction, respectful towards the hierarchy.  All these elements together sign the effectiveness of the magic circle.
