* After having performed the abandonment prayer (yesterdays post), done with humility and faith, you now need to ask the eternal Father for assistance and support. The following prayer is for that endeavor :

Confession before starting the free contact prayer
* Before starting the chanting of the prayer that follows the course of the ceremony, it is recommended (but not required) to read in a low voice this ancient prayer which aims to break the feelings of superiority or doubt you could have within you. It will make you more humble, more confident and more open to the messages from the Divine or the other realms. Even if it is not indispensable, I nevertheless strongly advice you to do it:
"O Lord of heaven and Earth, before whom I actually confess my faults and mistakes with sincere regrets. I have sin against Thee, by pride, vanity and now I regret the bad thoughts and actions I have committed, like I regret all the negative judgements and gossip I have uttered about my fellow humans. In this, I humbly confess that I sin and I recognize myself as being guilty of evil deeds in the eyes of the Almighty. O ye holy angels and children of God, in your presence I publicly admit my sins with humility,so that my enemy can not take advantage of me and can not reproof me of anything the last day, and can neither say that I have hidden my faults, my past mistakes and sins, but on the contrary, that for me, there is joy in heaven as to all the just who confessed before Thee. "

To establish a free contact
What I mean with free contact, is that it is not directed to a specific entity, when your mind is ready to receive a message, just let it come from wherever and whomever.
* After you have taken a ritual purification and relaxation bath, sit down in the most quiet part of your home.
* Display a circle of seven white candles, corresponding to the seven planets: the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn. The best would be to use small glasses with tea light candles. The flame is thus protected and can not blow out, and it irradiates a brightness almost at ground level, creating the atmosphere and the ideal conditions for this ceremony.
* Enter the circle and turn to the east. Then light the first candle and say: "By the flame, I reveal the divine and I create my sacred space"
* Turn clockwise, so as to create inside the sacred circle of powerful energy field. Every time you light one of the seven candles, say the same sentence to create your sacred space.
* Sit down directly on the floor or on a small cushion, making sure you turn to the east.
* Then do some abdominal breathing exercises while you let your mind navigate for a while.

Continuing the post on the Ouija board

The Ouija board
It was invented by the two spiritualists Elijah Bond and William Fund around 1892 in Baltimore (USA). In its French version, it consists of two parts: a board upon which are displayed in a semicircle all the letters of the alphabet, the digits from zero to nine, and the words "yes" "no" and "maybe" over a tear drop shaped piece of wood mounted on rounded sliding feet or wheels for an easy movement on the board.
The usage of the ouija board is very simple. You can practice it alone or with other people. Simply place your fingertips on the tear drop shaped cursor and ask a question. The answer will manifested by movements of the cursor pointing to the letters, spelling words.
