Excessive worrying
Calamities have always happened throughout time, epidemics, wars, famine threats of all sorts. People have always been frightened of the future. But I know one thing for sure, the more you worry the more you attract events relevant to that fear. Instead of worrying and imagining a future full of undesirable things, people should start to feel into the deliciousness of the present moment , joy is what creates a blissful future. It is possible though to observe the not so positive things that happens around you, but then you have to learn how to stay out of the drama, not give into fear. You have to be able to observe without emotions, as it is the emotions that attracts what is vibrating at the same energy level. Arisen your energies with daily meditation and positive thinking, gratitude and forgiveness as well as generosity with yourself as well as with anybody else, we all know that we tend to be harder on ourselves than on the people around us. Have faith, only the present exists.

The changes you wish to see in your life, have to be created within yourself. You want to receive? Give! You want to be loved? Love! The events that comes into your life has been created by yourself, with your emotions, during previous events in your life, see it, recognize it as your own creation, laugh about it and create something that pleases you better...
