Purify your skin in depth

To rid the skin of impurities and dead cells, while at the same time lighten the complexion, this recipe was well used by our grand mothers.

Take two handful of green clay powder and mix it with a small amount of spring or rain water, mix it into a paste into which you would add a coffee spoonful of Sage essential oil. 

Heat this mix in a water bath until it gets warm, then put it as a cataplasm/poultice, copiously, on your face.

Keep this mask in place for 10-15 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water.

Do the procedure three days in a row, repeat it every three months.

Mix the juice of a fresh tomato with a spoonful of glycerine in a glass bowl.

Take the same amount of Chervil and Mint and let soak in boiling water until cooled, then use it on cotton-pads kept on your eye lids for a few minutes.
